Upcoming walk-in programs include:

  • Crafty Tuesdays on Tuesdays, July 16, July 30, 10–10:30 am
  • Toddler Storytime on Tuesdays, July 9, July 23, August 6, 10–10:30 am
  • The Great Color Hunt on Thursday, July 18, 10–11 am
  • Sun Paper Art on Sunday, August 25, 2–3 pm

Visitor Center Nature Moments

Join us at the Rowe Visitor Center for 20–30 minute interactive programs presented by a naturalist. Programs include:

  • Wild Senses
  • Resident Raptors
  • Native Fish and Red-eared Slider Turtle Feeding

The Nature PlayScape

The Nature PlayScape is like a playground, but with natural features designed for open-ended creative play.

Plants, soil, and water can be touched and manipulated, not just observed, to stimulate the senses and promote a sense of wonder. Picnic on the grass or relax on a bench while your children play.
