The Nature Shop

The Nature Shop carries an ever-changing collection of nature inspired products. From hiking necessities to bird feeders, and from books to apparel, you’re sure to find unique gifts that delight all ages, commemorate your visit and show your support for Cincinnati Nature Center.

Many of our items are locally made and support artists and small businesses in our community. All proceeds from The Nature Shop go to support our mission of Inspiring Conservation.

Visit the Nature Shop in the Rowe Visitor Center daily from 10 am—5 pm, except Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day when the Nature Shop is closed. 

The Nature Shop carries a variety of items, many of them locally made:

Hiking necessities

• Apparel for adults and children

• Giftware, including kitchen and tableware

• Art prints by local artists

• Charley Harper stationery and gift items

• Bird feeders and seed, as well as bird, bat, and mason bee houses

• Children's toys, books, puzzles for all!

• Food, including locally made peppermint tea, jellies, and spreads

Upcoming Art Exhibitions:

All art exhibitions take place in the Rowe Visitor Center Auditorium, open daily 10 am–5 pm. Each event is a drop-in art show; no registration required. Members free; nonmembers pay daily admission at the gate.

Walk in the Woods

Saturday, November 22–Sunday, December 7, open daily 10 am–5 pm

Join us for our Walk in the Woods art exhibition at Rowe Woods Visitor Center. See artworks created by local artists inspired by the beauty of a walk in the woods, expressing themselves through a variety of media—photography, mixed media, painting, drawing, sculpture, ceramics, and fiber.

Woodland Wonders

Wednesday, December 11–Sunday, January 4, open daily 10 am–5 pm

This holiday tradition features the artwork of renowned American artist and illustrator, Charley Harper. Come be enchanted by the many woodland wonders found in his unique artwork!
